BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: That the following described real property situated in the County of Mobile, State of Alabama, City of Prichard, Is not used for public or municipal purposes, and is not needed for public or municipal purposes: A 30 foot by 169.15 foot undeveloped, unopened, unused street on Thornton Avenue. Section 1. That said described real property be conveyed by the Mayor of the City of Prichard, Alabama, to Mrs. Floretha Franks, for the sum of Fifteen Hundred($1,500.00) Dollars, in accordance with this ordinance. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication as required by law. Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1981.
