Page 1 — XN it \ ORDINANCE Wo. T2ahe BN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFPIC ON ALVAREZ, ANDERSON AND GOULD STREETS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: . Fa Section 1. Except as hereinaite Section 2 of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a truck on any of the following named streets in the City of Prichard: (a) Blvarez Street (b) Andexson Street {c) Gould Street Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance snail not apply to trucks making a delivery or picking up an item or items on said streets, or to trucks owned by residents on said streets who are using same to travel to oc from their residences, or to municipal or public utility trucks. Section 3. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall, woon conviction, be punished by.a fine of not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a pertoa of not to exceed six (6) months. , Adopted this _15 day of _ December , 1969.
