BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: to-wit: Theat Improvement Ordinance No. 681 providing for certain street improvements on Timothy Street from the south edge of the existing pavement on Bay Bridge Road southward to the north edge of the propesed pavement on Willjohn Street and Willjohn Street from the Bast edge of the existing pavemt on Section Street northeastward to the south edge of the existing pavement on Bay Bridge Road, is hereby confirmed.
