Be It orddined by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama as follows: Section 2, Payments in lieu of Tax. ' Any program, institution, agency or entity exempted from federal, state or local taxes are. exempted. from the Municipal Services Tax except that a payment in lieu of the taxes shall be due at the same time .and under the same condition as the Municipal Services Tax. Any political subdivision... of the state operating in the City, including but not limited to the County School System, the Federal Postal Systems, Alabama State Liquor Store, State Pensions and Security, The Mobile Area Community Action, Inc., any church operating separate from the State and not for profit agencies, clubs, cemetaries, boards, authorities, commissions, etc. , ADOPTED this 2nd _ day of June, 1981.
