BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in--respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: From the Southwest Intersection of St. Stephens Road and Berkley Avenue (formerly Alley No.5) as said corner was established prior to the recent widening of St. Stephens Road and as said corner appears on the plat of survey recorded in Map Book 11,. page 126 of the Probate Court records of Mobile County, Alabama, run Southwardly along the west line of St. Stephens Road as-shown on said recorded plat 265.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence with a deflec- tion angle to the right of 87 degrees 31 minutes, run Westwardly 280.22 feet to a point; thenceldeflecting 88 degrees 08 minutes to the left, run Southwardly 159.94 feet; thence deflecting 91+ degrees 52 minutes to a point, thence run East- wardly 278.5 feet to the West line of St. Stephens Road, run thence Northwardly along the West line of St. Stephens Road 160 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification. of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Manufacturing (M-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to con- struct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of sAid Ordinance in a.Manufacturing )M=2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or -building sought to: be erected on said property shall be in comphiance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and: that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981. 7 ~ approval SECTION 2.
