ORDINANCE #1937
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1903 ADOPTING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2006
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Project 2001-002 Roof Repairs be decreased by $19,594 to $160,328;
Project 2001-008 Infracare A/C be decreased by $30,000 to $0;
Project 2002-003 Drainage System Mapping be decreased by $25,000 to $0;
Project 2004-001 Jail Renovations be decreased by $45,000 to $155,000.
Section 2. That project 2005-001 Infracare Renovations be added with a budget of
$49,594;
That project 2005-002 Drainage Improvements be added with a budget of
$70,000.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required
by law.
