Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1355 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD , ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 981 together with the zoning map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: Beg. at pt on the W/L of Lot 14 SQ 17 of the town of Whistler, a dist of 202 ft. 6 in. S from Seventh Street; rungthence E at right ang to the W/L of said Lot 14, a dist of 90 ft; rung thence S-LY & Par with the W/L 40 ft; rung thence W-LY & Par to Seventh St., a dist of 90 ft. to W/L of said Lot 14, rung thence N-LY 40 ft. to place of beg. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Industrial (M-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted hy the terms of said Ordinance in an Industrial (m1) District provided however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building laws of the City of Prichard, and 1. That a visual screen fence be constructed around this site on the west and north side, where it is adjacent to existing residential districts, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
