Page 1 ORDINANCE HO. 645 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD: SECTION 1. Every person, firm or corporation shall, before moving any house, building or other structure on or along ‘any public street in-The City of Frichard shall, pay to the City of Prichard a fee or license of $25.00 for each such move, which such $25.00 shall be applied to the expense of surveying the intended route of movement and the expense of police escort and assistance.
