That on and after October Int, 1993 and until this ordinance is papseled, the tax collector of Mebiie. Gounty shall collect sli taxes dua the City of Pelehard, Alabama, that have been assessed by the tax assessor of Mobile,Gounty. On and after said last, abeve nened date such far colleator shall collect the taxea@ due for the Year Octobar 1st 1953 to Ochober Int 195k. “ After the above named effeative dates, all lawa under the Revenue Act of ghe Legislature of Alabama of 1935, providing for tha ssusessment, equalization and collection of taxes and ail machinery thersin provided for the assessment equaligdtion and soliection of State and County Taxes, sho enforcement of such collection, the gale of property for the collection of taxes, the redemption fron puch sales, shall be applicable to the assessment and collection of such manielpal toxes and the redemption from such sales Section 2.
