Page 1 C} ORDINANCE # 4699 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Pri- chard, State of Alabama, described as. follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of Crystal Springs Road distant 897 feet Northeast corner or intersectlon of said Crystal Springs Road with the Old Cit- ronelle Road, which point of beginning of the property herein conveyed is the Northwest corner of Duggan (formerly Lott) property; from said point of be- ginning run Northwardly along the east line of said Crystal Springs Road a dis- tance of 244.7 feet, thence Eastwardly a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to a point which is distant 245 feet South 23 degrees West from the Southeast corner of property of Dolores Hester and husband, thence South 23 degrees West 245 feet to a point for the rear of the property herein conveyed, thence run Westwardly to the Northeast corner of said Duggan property (formerly of Lott), thence North- westwardly along the North boundary of said Duggan (formerly Lott) property a distance of 476 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from R-1 District to M-1 District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a M-1 District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Bullding Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building [Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
