Page 1 ORDINANCE #1165 ; AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT CITY RECORDER BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as follows: SECTION 1: There is hereby created the office of Assistant City Recorder of the City of Prichard, Alabama. SECTION 2: The Assistant City Recorder shall have the same 4 powers, duties, responsibilities and jurisdiction as the City Recordrr of the City of Prichard and shall act as the City Recorder for the , City of Prichard during any period of time when the City Recorder of the City of Prichard may be absent from the City. SECTION 3: The salary of the Assistant City Recorder of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be andis hereby fixed at $150.00, per month, SECTION 4: All ordinances or resolutions heretofore passed and parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
