Page 1 O AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1962 FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA ORDINANCE # 2006 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the 2012, Edition of the International Plumbing Code, copy right 2012 by the International Plumbing Code Council, with all amendments and updates thereto, which has been on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Prichard, Alabama, are hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of Prichard. SECTION 2. That a copy of this Ordinance shall be published pursuant to and according to law, after its adoption, but it shall not be necessary for the said Plumbing Code to be published in a newspaper, nor shall the same be spread at length upon the minutes of the Council, but this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Minutes. SECTION 3. The said Plumbing Code, 2012 edition with all amendments and updates shall be in full force and in effect on and after the 27th day of JUNE 2013, and all ordinances heretofore adopted by the City of Prichard in conflict therewith are hereby repealed.
