Page 1 Putlichilin Raguake br 08 ORDINANCE # 1161 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SUPERVISORY CONTROL OF TAX AND LICENSE INVESTIGATOR OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, “Alabama, as follows: _ SECTION l: That the Tax and License Investigator of the City of Prichard shall be directly responsible to the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Prichard and shalt report to said Mayor and City Council of the City of Prichard, ‘and shall receive his instructions and directions from the Mayor and City Council of the City of Prichard and shall not be answerable to any other \ official of the city government. SECTION 2: All ordinances and resolutions and parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. - . oe SECTION 3: This ‘ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption by the City Council.
