UCE BE AMENDED BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING SECTION THERETO: SECTION 153A. Dirt Pits - used for the excavation of dirt, clay, sand, soil or gravel ----------- $400.00 Each licensed owner of a dirt pit shall be issued licenses for the operation of four motor vehicles under Section 427 hereof when such vehicles are owned by and registered in the name of the owner of said dirt pit and are used in the operation of said dirt pit.
