Page 1 onDINance no. //¥3. AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD ADOPTED ON THE 15th DAY OF JULY, 1968. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Prichard, Alabama, that the Ordinance No. 1141 adopted by the City Council of the City of Prichard on July 15, 1968, relating to the rezoning of the following described property: Beginning at the N.W. corner of the N.E. quarter of Section 25, T38, RaW, thence S-89 degrees 42' East along the North line of the said N.E. quarter; a distance of 1234.93'; thence South 13 degrees 00'-West a distance of 360.88'; thence North - 89 degrees 42' West and parallel with North line of said Section 25, a distance of 1162.36! to a point on the Bast right-of-way line of Everett Road, thence Northwardly and along the East right-of-way line of said road a distance of 377.1' more or less to the point of intersection with the North line of the N.W. quarter of said Section 25, thence S-89 degrees 42' East along the North line of the said N.W. quarter of Section 25, a distance of 116.36 to the point of beginning.
