BE IT ORDAINED by the Prichard City Council that polls will
be open the hours of 7 to 7 on Tuesday, August 23, 1988, Election
Day and ‘Tuesday, September 13, 1988, Run-Off Date.
Adopted this the 3rd day of May , 1988.
