ORDINANCE NO. 7 i /
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE OF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That subsection (b) of section one of
the zoning ordinance of the City of Prichard, being
Ordinance Noe 720, be and hereby is amended by the
rexpseirit of the following paragraph at the end
thereof;
(38) No. 8 Hall Street
(39) An unplatted piece of property bounded
by Bay Bridge Road, Willjohn Avenue,
Cawthorn Avenue and Lot 19 Block 1 of
the First Addition to Plateau.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force
and effect upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 5th day of May, 1958.
