BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY or PRICHARD, ALABAMA,-AS FOLLOWS: <== ° ° a SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinamce of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 797, together with the zoning ‘map = of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of . = Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: - That certain parcel of land lying in Lot 22, Range 1. of the Owens Division of the St. Louis Tract, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North r-o-w line of Alley . No. 7 171.5 feet West of the northwest intersection of Alley No. 7 and Highway 45, thence run northwardily and parallel to Highway 45 a distance of 175 feet; thence run westwardly and parallel to Alley No. 7 a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence run southwardly and parallel to Highway 45, 175 feet; thence run eastwardly along the North r-o-w line of Alley No. 7 50 feet to the point of beginning. For the purpose of this description, Alley No. 7 is to be considered as running Hast and West. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residence 1 District (R-1) to Manufacturing lL District (M-1) and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such ee property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 797, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a M-l Districts; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the building inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 797.
