BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and alterea in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, state of Alabama, described as follows: EXHIBIT “A* PARCEL A: All that certain lot or Yana situated in’ the Northeast corner of Lot 32 in Range 1 West of the owens Division of the Saint Louis Tract, said lot haveing a frontage of 50 feet on the West side of the Saint stephens Road, with a depth Westward of one hundred and ninety-five (195) feet, with the same width in the rear as in front; with the same width in the rear as in front; being part of the same property conveyed to Emmett W. Smith and wife by Ethel M. Calhoun, by deed dated February 20, 1926 and recorded in Deed Book 208, Pages 566-7 of the Probate Court Records. PARCEL B: Commencing at a point on the present west boundary line of the right-of-way of st. Stephens Road 375-k Feet distant Southwardly from the pint where the South boundary line of Alley No. 11 (as shown on the map of the Owen Division of the st. Louis Tract on file in the Chancery Court of Mobile County, Alabama, in Chancery Case No. 2066) intersects the present West boundary line of the right-of-way of said st. Stephens Road, and from said point of beginning run Westwardly along a line parallel to and 375~% feet distant Southwardly from the South boundary line of said Alley No. 11 for a distance of 200 feet to a point, thence run Southwardly along a line parallel to said West boundary line of the said right-of-way of St. Stephens Road 53 feet, more or less, to the North boundary line of the Lot 32 as shown by said Map of the Owen Division of the st. Louis Tract, thence run Eastwardly along said North boudary line of said Lot 32, a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the West boundary line of said West boundary line of said right-of-way of st. Stephens Road, 53 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, said property being a part of Lot 33 as shown by said Map of the Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract, and being bounded on the East by St. Stephens Road, on the North and West by the property of John Cheeseman, and on the South by the property of Alton Gelenwood Moore and Evie D. Moore. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Business (B-1) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
