BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: . . Section 1. That sub- section No. 227 of Section One of Ordinance No. 669, The License Code of the City of Prichard, Alabama, is hereby amended to read as follows: 227. Optometrists - 1.25. Section 2. That Section One of Ordinance No. 669, The License Code of the City of Prichard, Alabama, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following additional sub-sections: 275-A. Schools. Each person, firm or corporation main- taining an office or place of business for the purpose of giving or furnishing a course of training of instruction for eny trade or occupation, where a charge is made for such services - $16.50. 283-A. Shoppers Delivery Service - §27.50. Section 3. That this ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. Adopted this day of , 1958.
