L OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, aaa | BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCT AS FOLLOWS s SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard , peing Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in © respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 26 of Connelly Tract, Prichard, Mobile County, Alabama, run thence North 35 degrees 16 minutes West along Bast line of Engine Street 260.02 feet to a point, thence North 52 degrees 00 minutes East along South line of Alexander St. 305.9 ft. toa point, thence South 38 degrees OO minutes East 259.93 ft, toa point on South line of Lot 26 of said Connelly Tract, thence Sonzh 52 degrees 00 minutes West 318.3 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 1.86 acres. TAMA The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to hesidential (R4) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted py Ordinance No. 981, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-+) District, provided, however that the plans for any structure or puilding sought to be erected on said property shall be in. compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and - : that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector : of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such Laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
