ORDINANCE NO. 1274
AN ORDINANCE TO RESCIND AND REPEAL ORDINANCE
NO. 1257 PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN ALABAMA VILLAGE AND PRICHARD
HOMES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1257 is hereby rescinded
and repealed.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
