Page 1 ORDINANCE #1651 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Pri-: chard, State of Alabama, described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND BOUND BY A LINE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Section 25, Township 3 South, Rangé 2 West, run East and along the North line of said Section 25 a distance of 862 feet to a point, for the point of beginning of the property herein described and conveyed; thence run South 193 feet, more or less, to the North right of way line of Lott Road; thence‘run Northeastwardly and along the North line of Lott Road 384 Feet, more or less, to the West right of way line of Westland Drive; thence run North and along the West line of Westland Drive 86.5 feet, more or less, to the North Line of said Section 25, thence run West and along the North Line of said Section 25, 374 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-1) District to Residential (R-4) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to con- struct on such property any structures..permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-4) District; provided, however, that the plans for any struc- ture or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Or- dinance #981.
