Page 1 ORDINANCE ¥O. 1204. AN ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THA CITY COUNCIL OF TH® CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Whenever any person is given a traffic citation for a violation of any of the provisions of Ordinance To. — if such person be a resident of the County of Mobile, Alabama, and shall voluntarily surrender himself into the Gustody of such arresting Police Officer, such officer shall thereupon and upon the giving by such person of a sufficient written bond, approved by the arresting officer, to appear at such time and place as specified in the traffie citation thereupon served upon such person, forthwith release him from custody. Section 2. Any person who willfully violates his written bond to appear, given in accordance with the provisions of Section One hereof shall be guilty of an offense against the City of Prichard, ardless of disposition of the charge upon which he was originally arrested, and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City o Prichard for a pericd not to exdéeed six (6) nonthse Adopted this 6 day of November, 1967 APPROVED: ATTIEST:
