That SubSection 289 of Section One of Ordinance No. 669, the License code of the City of Prichard, Alabama is hereby amanded to read as follows: 289. Skating Rinks, no dancing permissable - $88.00; and no other license or admission tax shall be required for this type of business. Section 2.
