ORDINANCE #1549
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1245, AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE #1313, ORDINANCE #1515,
AND ORDINANCE #1548, IMPOSING A CITY SALES TAX.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Prichard,
Alabama as follow:
Section I. That reads as follows: This Ordinance shall
become effective upon its adoption and publication as provided by law,
effective Date, January 1, 1981.
Will be amended to read.
Section II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication as provided by law, effective date,
February 1, 1981.
