ORDINANCE NO, 1048
AN ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
,
Section 1, It shall be unlawful for any person to
stand or park a vehicle on the Couth side of Clark Street
between Holmes Drive and Front Street for a period in ex-
cess of two hours,
Section 2, Any person violating Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of
not more than $100.00,
Adopted this 25th day of October, 1965,
