Page 1 ORDINANCE NO, La AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING IN A SPECIFIED AREA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA , AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle or other object on the North side of Main Street between the northeast corner of Phillips Street and a point 80 feet East of the northeast corner of Phillips Street. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle or other object on the North side of Main Street between the northwest corner of Craft Highway and a point 50 feet West of the northwest corner of Craft Highway. SECTION 3. Any person violating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
