SECTION 3. The Prichard Municipal Advisory Board shall work with the Mayor and City Council in an advisory capacity on municival problems referred to the Board by the Mayor and City Council for the study and recommendation of the Board, SECTION 4, The officers of the Prichard Municipal Advisory Board shall be a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary, and they shall be elected by the Board from among its: appointed members to serve for a term of one year. The Chairman shall preside at all: meetings of the Board and shall appoint such Committees as may be necessary to facilitate the work of the Board, The Vice-Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman during the absence of the Chairman. The Secretary shall keep minutes of the meetings of the Board, maintain files and records for the Board, and perform such other duties as'may be assigned to him by the Chairman, eo 5. The Board shall hold regular meetings at ‘such times 8 designated by thetBoard. It shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep.a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record, SECTION 6, This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon ; its approval as required by law.
