Page 1 ORDINANCE ¢_1983 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The General Fund Budget for the City of Prichard, Alabama for Fiscal Year 2010-2011, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, pursuant to 11-43C-51 Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, as the same was transmitted to the Council by the Mayor of the City of Prichard on August 16, 2011, pursuant to 11-43C-42 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, and as may be revised by 11-43C-49 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended is hereby approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Prichard. Section 2. This General Fund Budget shall be in effect for the budget year.2011- 2012. A copy of this budget, as finally adopted, shall be certified by the Mayor and-the City Clerk and filed in the office of the Director of Finance. The budget so certified shall be printed and sufficient copies shall be made available for use of all offices, departments, and agencies and for the use of citizens of the city who request a copy.
