ORDINANCE NO. 1183
AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO. 1178.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA,
as follows:
SECTION 1. ‘That Improvement Ordinance No, 1178 providing for
the construction of sanitary sewers on the following street:
CAYOUGA STREET: From Owens Street northeast to St. Stephens Road.
is hereby CONFIRMED.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF MARCH, 1969.
