Page 1 LEGAL NOTICE Ordinance No, 576 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. In addition to all taxes, licenses, assessments, levies and penalties now or hereafter levied in the City of Prichard, Alabama, there is hereby levied and assessed a penalty of twenty~ five (25%) of the amount of any tax, license or assessment which is, according to the terms of the Ordinance levying the same, pay- able on or before a particular day of each month when, and in the event such tax or license is not paid on or before the day desig- nated. SECTION 2. The penalty pro- vided for in Section 1 hereof shall be collectable at the same time and in the same manner and sub- ject to the same penalties as are the taxes or licenses the non-pay- ment of which is the basis of the Penalty herein levied.
