Page 1 ws wt {_S> ORDINANCE No. 908 ~ ( BE I? ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: . SECTION 1. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance there shall be no parking on Prichard Street from Holmes Street to Gilbert Street; mo parking on the North side of Azan Street from Craft Highway to Wilson Avenne except when used for religious services; no parking on the South side of Hogan Avenue from Zieman Street to Gilbert Street; no parking on the Boulevard on Whistler Avenue within fifty (50) feet of the intersection of Whistler Avenue with Wilson Avenue. SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of Section 1 hereof shall be guilty of an offense against the City of Prichard and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100.00. SECTION 3. <All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed insofar as the same _are in conflict herewith.
