Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. mame 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REDESIGNATE WHO IS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE CHECKS OF THE CITY WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Prichard, - Alabama is vested with the duty to manage and control the finances and ail property, real and personal, belonging to the City; and WHEREAS, subject to the provisions of Section 11 -43C- 1 et seq, eo , 1975, as amended, and the limitations XC imposed by the Constitution of Alabama and its laws, the City Council is vested with the power to determine municipal policy; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cITy COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: removed and revoked. “2. That Councilman Wayne Lafitte is hereby designated as a counter~signee in the place of the mayor and, in the absence or unavailability of Wayne Lafitte, Councilman Clifford Bryant is hereby designated as his alternate counter-signee. 3.
