Page 1 GRADE ORDINANCE No. 6 20 An Ordinance to establish the grades of certain streets and portions thereof im the City of Prichard, Alabama. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama that the grade of Timothy Street from Bay Bridge Road to Willjohn Street and Willjohn Street from First Avenue to Bay Bridge Road is hereby fixed and established, both as to the center of said street and the curb lines of same, in accordance with the profile sheet prepared by Ladd Engineering Company, today exhibited to this Council and on file in the Office of the City Clerk where interested persons may see and examine the same. All of the above street and portion thereof being within the City of Prichard, Mobile, This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
