Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6096 _ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, Whenever, in the exercise of their Official duties, a policeman or fireman deems it necessary to protect himself from bodily injury from any animal, including guard dogs, such policeman or fireman may and is hereby authorized to take whatever steps absolutely necessary to prevent such bodily injury, SECTION 2, Ordinance No, 1280 adopted on April 26, 1970 is hereby repealed, SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law, ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1971, APPROVED: ATPEST: Published May 27, 1971
