Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1395 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA THAT ORDINANCE NUMBER 1390 BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or Corporation to furnish any Motorcycle escort for any funeral procession which originates in the City of Prichard or its police jurisdiction, unless the City of Prichard has certified in writing that it cannot provide such escort, and then in such event, such escort may be provided only by a funeral escort service licensed by the City of Prichard. SECTION II. Any person violating this Ordinance shall be punished as provided by Title 37, Section 586, Code of Alabama, 1940, as amended.
