BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALA- BAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. PLANNING COMMISSION - CREATION; COMPOSITION, Pursuant to the authority contained in Code of Alabama 1910, Title 37, Sec- tiong 787, there is hereby created the Prichard City Planning Com- mission to consist of nine members who are to be appointed for the terms and in the manner prescribed by Code of Alabama 1910, Title 37, Section 788, as amended. SECTION 2, SAME - POWERS. The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to exercise all the powers and to do all things authorized by Code of Alabama 190, Title 37, Sections 786 to 808, inclusive.
