Page 1 ORDINANCE #1515 __ AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1245 and #1313, IMPOSING A CITY SALES TAX. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Ordinance imposing a City Sales Tax in the City of Prichard, be, and is, hereby amended so that said Sales Tax be, and is, reduced from 24% to 14%, effective for a period of 90 days. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. Adopted this 20th day of November, 1979.
