Page 1 NS ORDINANCE #1805 Ordinance of the City Council for the City of Prichard, Alabama Ordinance Number: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADVERTISING AND ENGINEERING REVIEW FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF PRICHARD AND ITS PLANNING JURISDICTION. BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Prichard as follows: SECTION I. That the Subdivision Regulations For The City of Prichard, Alabama, Adopted April 9, 1964, are hereby amended as follows: ARTICLE IV, Section F. Filing Fee In order to defray the cost of notification, field and special studies and recording of the city's base map. there shall be paid to the City Clerk at the time of submission of the subdivision plat a fee of five dollars ($5) per lot for the first ten (10) lots and three dollars ($3) per lot for the next ten lots and two (2) dollars per fot for each additional lot - along with a $125 charge for advertising. ARTICLE IV, Section F.1. Engineering Review Fee Each subdivision plat which has 100 lots or less will be charged $250 for an engineering review. Each subdivision plat which has over 100 lots will be charged $250 plus $2.50 per jot for engineering review. These fees are also to be paid to the City Clerk at time of plat submission. Upon authorization by the City's Planning Commission that a subsequent plat review is necessary, the entity or individual desiring piat approval will pay an additional $125 for a subdivision plat which has 100 lots or less . The entity will pay $125 plus $1.25 per tot for a subdivision plat over 100 lots. These fees must be paid to the City Clerk before such review is conducted. SECTION 2.
