Page 1 ORDINANCE NO._912 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD as FOLLOWS s , SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and an-offense against the City of Prichard for any person, firm or corporation to park or let stand or allow to be parked or let stand on either side of Highway 45 from the Cloverleaf thereon at Ninth Street to the end of the four lane road at the intersection of Highway 45 and Crystal Springs Road, any automotive vehicle or any other vehicle of any kind or nature at any time. SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violation of Section.1 hereof shall be guilty of an offense against the City of Prichard and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100.00 for each such violation. , Adopted this, the 6th day of December, 1961. ‘ vs. Attest:
