Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.1673 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, in order to control traffic for the safety, health, well-being,..and welfare of the public, it is, ORDAINED that both sides of Owens Street from the corner of Clark and Owens Street to the corner of McCants and Owens Street are hereby designated as No 5 1 4 1 4 11 1154 615 115 24 95.603058 Parking 5 1 4 1 4 12 1289 614 108 20 93.713943 Zones. {tt shall be unlawful for any person to park in violation of this Ordinance, and any person convicted of a violation shall be punished in accordance with City Ordinances governing violations for parking in restricted or prohibited zones. City and other governmental vehicles and emergency vehicles are exempted from the requirements of this Ordinance when parking in the no parking zone while on official business or in response to an emergency. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption and publication as required by law but shall not be enforced until the proper No Parking signs have been placed so that the no parking zone is appropriately designated.
