ORDINANCE NO. 1229
AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO. 1222
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That Improvement Ordinance No. 1222 providing
or the construction of sanitary sewers on the following
street:
ST. STEPHENS ROAD (Highway 45): On the South side of the
Road from Cheeseman Avenue
East 700 feet,
is hereby CONFIRMED.
SECTION 2, That this Ordinance shall have full force and
effect upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 5th day of January, 1970.
