Page 1 a y “ gl ap 5 £ ‘ ase Grade Ordinance Oy <i) iY AN ORDINANCE to provide for and establish grades on a portion or portions of the following Avenues located in the City of Prichard, Alabama, as said portions of said Avenues are fixed and established by a map, plat or survey of said City duly recorded in the Office of Judge of Probate of Mobile County, Alabama, which said * portion or portions of said Avenues are as follows, to-wit: CAWTHON AVENUE from the east edge of existing paving on Bay Bridge Road eastward to its intersection with North Cawthon Avenue and South Cawthon Avenue. NORTH CAWTHON AVENUE from its intersection with Cawthon Avenue and South Cawthon Avenue, eastward to the west line of Telegraph Road. SOUTH CAWTHON AVENUE from its intersection with Cawthon Avenue and North Cawthon Avenue, eastward to the west line of Telegraph Road. BE IT ORDAINED BY TH& COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, that the grade of the following Avenues within said City be fixed and established, to-wit: CAWTHON AVENUE 1. Commeneing on Cawthon Avenue at the east edge of the pavement on Bay Bridge Road, thence eastward along Cawthon Avenue to its intersection with North Cawthon Avenue and South Cawthon Avenue, NORTH CAWTHON AVENUE 2. Commencing on Nerth Cawthon Avenue at its intersection with Cawthon Avenue and South Cawthon Avenue, thence eastward along North Cawthon Avenue to the west line of Telegraph Road, SOUTH CAWTHON AVENUB 3. Commencing on South Cawthon Avenue at its intersection with Cawthon Avenue and North Cawthon Avenue, thence eastward along South Cawthon Avenue to the west line of Telegraph Road. ALL OF THE ABOVE AND FOREGOING Avenues or portions thereof being within the City of Prichard, Mobile County, Alabama and all being shown on the map or plat of said City | already referred to, be and the same is hereby fixed and established as the grade for said Avenues or portions thereof as shown by and in accordance with a map or profile and grade, both as to the center of said Avenues and the curb line or lines of the same, all of which said maps, plats or profiles are in the Office of the Consulting Engineer, Ladd Engineering Company, and also in the office of the Clerk of said City at the City Hall. : SAID MAPS, PLATS CR PROFILES as prepared by Ladd Engineering Company, Consulting Engineers, have heretofore been exhibited to the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, approved by said Council and are now subject to inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Prichard, Alabama.
