Page 1 h ORDINANCE NO. 1390 fa BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation in the City of Prichard or its police juris- diction to charge any fee, cost or expense for the furnishing o£ any escort for any funeral procession any part of which takes place in the City of Prichard or its police jurisdiction unless the City of Prichard has certified in writing that it cannot provide such escort, and then in such event such escort may be provided only by a funeral escort service licensed by the City of Prichard. SECTION 2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be punished as provided by Title 37, Section 586, Code of Alabama, 1940, as amended.
