Driving With Suspended, Revoked, Cancelled License-DOCKET 39. Driving Under The Influence DOCKET TOTAL COST (over the Speed limit) - Any person who commits the offense numbered eighteen (18) hereinabove may plead guilty to such offense before the Clerk of the Prichard Recorders Court and pay the fine hereinabove set opposite offense number eighteen (18), provided such fine is paid within 48 hours after the commission of the offense, and if such fine is not paid within 48 hours after the commission of the offense, the fine therefore shall be increased by the sum of $5.00. Page 2 -2- Ordinance No. 1704 SECTION 3. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered one (1) through thirty-five (35) hereinabove may plead guilty to such offense before the Clerk of the Prichard Recorders Court any pay the fine herein- above set opposite the particular offense committed, provided that such fine is paid within 10 days. SECTION 4. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered thirty-six (36) through thirty-nine (39) hereinabove and any person who commits any of the other offenses stated hereinabove in such an aggravated manner that the arresting officer marks the ticket Docket shall be placed on the docket and appear for trial before the Prichard Recorders Court; and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 and may, in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months. SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which conflict with this Ordinance are repealed. Adopted this 31 day of October , 1989, APPROVED : CITY CLERK
