ORDINANCE NO, 1047
AN ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, It shall be unlawful for any person to
drive, operate, or propel any vehicle ina westwardly
direction on Clark Avenue from Holmes Drive to Front Street.
Section 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine
of not moze than $100.00.
Adopted this 25th day of October, 1965.
