That subsections 11, 12, 18 and 19 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1103, of the City of Prichard, are hereby amended to read as follows: OFFENSE FINE ll. Exceeding Speed Limit $20.00 12. Exceeding Speed Limit in School Zone 20.00 18. Failing to Heed Siren Signal 13.00 19. Disobeying Officers Signal 13.00 B.
