Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1562 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Fair Trial Tax in the Mmicipal Court of the City of Prichard, Alabama, be and hereby is, increased from the present $2.00 to $7.00, to be collected in addition to any other costs of court, traffic violations tax, or Peace Officers Anmmity tax. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict - herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law.
