Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1317 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON GOLFWAY DRIVE IN PARKWOOD SUBDIVISION, PRICHARD, ALABAMA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Except as hereinafter provided in Section 2 of this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful to drive a truck larger than 3/4 ton on Golfway Drive in Parkwood Subdivision, Prichard, Alabama. Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall not apply to trucks making a delivery or picking up an item or items on said street, and shall not apply to municipal or public utility trucks. Section 3. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be purished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, and may in addition be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
